[Noun.retire](/business/nouns/noun/retire) emits `Noun.retired` when it completes on a [Noun](/business/nouns/noun).

Each delivery is an [Event](/business/nouns/event) record. `data` holds what [Noun.retire](/business/nouns/noun/retire) returns, and `previous` holds the state it left.
