[Thing.relate](/business/nouns/thing/relate) emits `Thing.related` when it completes on a [Thing](/business/nouns/thing).

Each delivery is an [Event](/business/nouns/event) record. `data` holds what [Thing.relate](/business/nouns/thing/relate) returns.
