> Nine property managers join Leaseline on one day, their rent rolls become leases and every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial.

Three days after launch, nine property managers joined, led by Riverside Property and its contact Marcus Hale. Each rent roll became `Lease` records in minutes.

## What happened
Each paid plan started with a 14-day trial, so the first charges landed on 2026-04-27. Elm Street Rentals stayed on `free`.

## What changed in the definition
| [File](/business/nouns/file) | [Change](/business/nouns/change) |
| --- | --- |
| `mappings/rent-roll.ts` | Created: a rent roll's columns mapped onto `Lease` |
| `apps/portal/app.mdx` | Managers run every lease [Verb](/business/nouns/verb); residents read and answer |

## What it called
- `Customer.create`, nine times, and [`Offer.subscribe`](/business/nouns/offer/subscribe) for each plan.
- `Lease.create`, once per row of each rent roll.

Fork from here: `leaseline.app@first-customers`, status `planned`. Built in code in [calling it four ways](/code/learn/calling-it-four-ways).
