> Harbor Residential moves to the $99 `portfolio` plan for its API access, and Leaseline gains its first Customer that calls it from code.

On 2026-07-01, Harbor Residential moved from `pro` to [Portfolio](/business/nouns/portfolio) for unlimited units and API access. Its own software now creates leases through Leaseline's API.

## What happened
Portfolio already granted API access, so the [Customer](/business/nouns/customer) needed a plan switch, not a new feature. Riverside Property followed on 2026-09-01.

## What changed in the definition
Nothing. Portfolio was published at launch with `atBound: overage`, so a [Customer](/business/nouns/customer) past its bound pays for the overage instead of stopping.

## What it called
- [`Subscription.switch`](/business/nouns/subscription/switch), from `pro` to Portfolio, for each of the two.
- `Lease.create` and `Lease.list`, from Harbor Residential's own code, on its own [API Key](/business/nouns/api-key).

Fork from here: `leaseline.app@portfolio-plan`, status `planned`.
