> The Success Manager agent sends 14 renewal notices in Leaseline's first full renewal month, 6 leases renew, and two new managers start trials.

The month of 2026-10 was Leaseline's first full renewal season. The renewal notice ran every morning, and the [Success Manager](/agents/customer/success-manager) agent answered every resident's question within 30 minutes.

## What happened
Of 40 leases, 14 got their notice and 6 renewed by 2026-10-22. One new manager started a `pro` trial on 2026-10-15, and Summit Lane Rentals signed up on 2026-10-21.

## What changed in the definition
Nothing. The renewal notice [Workflow](/business/nouns/workflow) and the agent's seat, with `send` approvals for broadcasts, ran as defined.

## What it called
- The renewal notice Workflow, 22 times, and the unanswered-residents Workflow, once a week.
- `Lease.notify` 14 times and `Lease.renew` 6 times.
