> Northgate Properties returns to `pro` after a cancel, and Leaseline's records keep its whole history under one Customer.

On 2026-10-04, Northgate Properties subscribed to `pro` again, and two days later it was active. Its old [Subscription](/business/nouns/subscription) stays canceled, and the new one sits beside it.

## What happened
Northgate's earlier `pro` Subscription ended in the summer. Its leases, [Invoices](/business/nouns/invoice) and [Events](/business/nouns/event) stayed in the records, so it came back to the same [Customer](/business/nouns/customer).

## What changed in the definition
Nothing. A returning Customer subscribes the same way a new one does.

## What it called
- [`Offer.subscribe`](/business/nouns/offer/subscribe) on `pro`, then [`Customer.activate`](/business/nouns/customer/activate).
- [`Invoice.collect`](/business/nouns/invoice/collect) for the first new Invoice, `LEAS-0028`.

Fork from here: `leaseline.app@won-back`, status `planned`.
