> Sell is the state of a Startup whose owner has agreed to sell it, with its Brand, domain, Customers, and records.

Sell is the state of a [Startup](/business/nouns/startup) whose owner has agreed to sell it, with its [Brand](/business/nouns/brand), [Domain](/business/nouns/domain), [Customers](/business/nouns/customer) and records. A signed [Agreement](/business/nouns/agreement) names the buyer and schedules each transfer, and open [Orders](/business/nouns/order) move with it.
