# create

URL: /business/nouns/credit-grant/create · Id: `verb:CreditGrant.create` · Call: `await $.CreditGrant.create({ … })` (SDK) or the `do` tool at `https://api.sb/mcp`. Inputs says what to pass, Outputs what returns, When it waits who approves.

> Creates a Credit Grant.

Create makes a new [Credit Grant](/business/nouns/credit-grant) from the inputs below. It is inherited: every [Noun](/business/nouns/noun) has `get`, `list`, `create`, `update` and `delete`.

| `expiresAt` | `datetime` | No | When any remaining balance lapses. Absent means it never lapses. |
| `appliesTo` | [Offer](/business/nouns/offer) | No | The metered Offer the balance pays for. Absent means every metered Offer of the Startup. |
| `customer` | [Customer](/business/nouns/customer) | No | The Customer whose metered calls spend the balance; credits never move to another Customer. |
