## Effects
- Emits [`Quote.sent`](/business/events/Quote.sent).
- Performed by the [Sales Engineer](/agents/sales/sales-engineer).
- One-way (customer): it waits out its delay window, and runs in the `send` and `do` modes.
- A change after sending supersedes the Quote; a sent Quote is never edited.
- Checks each line’s discount against the discount Limit before sending.
