# update

URL: /business/nouns/quote/update · Id: `verb:Quote.update` · Call: `await $.Quote.update({ … })` (SDK) or the `do` tool at `https://api.sb/mcp`. Inputs says what to pass, Outputs what returns, When it waits who approves.

> Changes the given properties of a Quote.

Update changes the given properties of a [Quote](/business/nouns/quote). It is inherited: every [Noun](/business/nouns/noun) has `get`, `list`, `create`, `update` and `delete`.

| `concessions` | `string[]` | No | Concessions granted, each from the Startup’s fixed concession list, such as a 60-day termination for convenience. |
| `paymentTerms` | `json` | No | The `collection`, `terms` and `purchaseOrder` every Invoice from the accepted Quote carries. |
