# Human routes: update, delete

### Human.update
Changes the given properties of a Human. [Verb page](/business/nouns/human/update?interface=api).

Path: `id`. Body, as JSON: the other inputs. Emits `Human.updated`.

**Inputs**

### Human.delete
Deletes a Human: a soft delete that keeps its history, undone by `Thing.restore`. [Verb page](/business/nouns/human/delete?interface=api).
