### Instrument.grant
Grant gives a Holder an option from the pool, with its strike price, vesting schedule and cliff. [Verb page](/business/nouns/instrument/grant?interface=api).

**Inputs**

| `quantity` | `integer` | Yes | The Shares the option covers. |
