Next guides lists what an agent offers a founder now: each undone front guide and each wakes guide whose [Event](/business/nouns/event) fired, with its reason.

## Contract
Status `planned`. `Startup.nextGuides()` reads the [Startup](/business/nouns/startup)'s [Lifecycle](/business/nouns/lifecycle) state and its own records, and returns guides an agent may offer, best first.

| `reason` | Why now: the `wakesOn` Event that fired, or the front step still undone |
| `say` | One sentence to offer it with, from the guide's `says` |
| `needs` | Guides to run first, in `graph.order` from [/asks.json](/asks.json) |

It never lists a `planned` guide, or one whose Event has not fired. An ask that belongs on startups.studio, such as raising money, is a boundary in /asks.json: the agent sends the founder there.
