# Evaluator commands: update, delete

### Evaluator.update
Changes the given properties of an Evaluator. [Verb page](/business/nouns/evaluator/update?interface=cli).

Emits `Evaluator.updated`.

**Inputs**

### Evaluator.delete
Deletes an Evaluator: a soft delete that keeps its history, undone by `Thing.restore`. [Verb page](/business/nouns/evaluator/delete?interface=cli).
