| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| The key is valid, but its scopes do not allow this operation. | [`forbidden`](/code/api/errors/forbidden) | Use a key whose scopes cover the operation, or ask an owner of the namespace to grant them. | None. |

**Example**

```json
{
  "name": "do",
  "arguments": {
    "code": "return await $.Incident.acknowledge({ incident: 'incident_2XOYkIEno0' })"
### Incident.open
Open starts an Incident from a failing Monitor, an error spike or a Metric past its threshold, and pages the on-call Worker. [Verb page](/business/nouns/incident/open?interface=mcp).
