# Process methods: enable, pause

### Process.enable
Enable turns a Process on for a Startup, so its Workflows start on their Triggers. [Verb page](/business/nouns/process/enable?interface=sdk).

Emits [`Process.enabled`](/business/events/Process.enabled).

### Process.pause
