> The screens a Startup's own people and agents run the business from, and how they reach into a Customer's Tenant only with consent.

Every [App](/business/nouns/app) ships an `admin` App beside it, for the people and agents who run the business. The founder and the [Startup](/business/nouns/startup)'s agents work there, inside startups.studio, and never inside a [Customer](/business/nouns/customer)'s own screens.

## What the admin App shows
| Screen | What it holds |
| --- | --- |
| `customers` | Each Customer, its plan, its health and its open [Conversations](/business/nouns/conversation) |
| `records` | Every record of every [Noun](/business/nouns/noun), across each [Tenant](/business/nouns/tenant), with the [data editor](/code/systems/data-editor) |
| `settings` | Every [Setting](/business/nouns/setting) the Startup holds, and which Tenants override it |
| `approvals` | Each [Approval](/business/nouns/approval) waiting on the reader, by action class and amount |
| `actions` | Every [Action](/business/nouns/action), by every person, key and agent, with its result |

An edit in the data editor is an Action like any other. It shows in the record's history and in the Customer's audit log, with who made it.

## The Customer's own admin screens
A Customer's `owner` and `admin` get the same screens scoped to their Tenant: members, sign-in, Settings, the [audit log](/products/app/audit-log-for-admins) and billing. They run their own Tenant without asking Leaseline for anything.

## Support access, by consent
Status `planned`. Reading a Customer's records to help them takes that Customer's consent, given in the App and limited in time. `Tenant.requestSupport` asks the Tenant's admin, who allows it for a set number of hours.

Every read and write during that window is an Action with the operator as `by` and the Customer as `for`. The Customer sees each one in its audit log, and ends the access at any moment.
