> The Systems that send and receive every email, call, text and notice.

The [Systems](/business/nouns/system) in this group send and receive every email, call, text and notice a [Startup](/business/nouns/startup) exchanges, from its own [Mailboxes](/business/nouns/mailbox) and numbers. Every one honors [Consent](/business/nouns/consent) and opt-outs before it sends.

## The Systems
| System | What it does | Say |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [Mailboxes](/systems/mailboxes) | Addresses at your domain for you, each [Role](/business/nouns/role) and each agent, authenticated and warmed | "Give me dana@leaseline.app" |
| [Notices](/systems/notices) | Email, text, push and in-app notices by each person's preferences, with digests and quiet hours | "Text customers when their order ships" |
| [Phone](/systems/phone) | Local and toll-free numbers, calls and texts, answered by a voice agent that hands off to a person | "Get a phone number for support" |

## What every message carries
Sending domains carry SPF, DKIM and DMARC from the first send. A [Mailbox](/systems/mailboxes) pauses on complaints and bounces, and every address in [Suppressions](/business/nouns/suppression) is skipped everywhere. Texts honor STOP, and every agent call says it is an agent.

Texting customers at volume starts once carriers approve the Startup's registration. Until then, numbers call and receive texts.

## Who runs it
The [Customer Lead](/agents/customer/customer-lead) owns all three. Each [Campaign](/business/nouns/campaign) and sequence lives with [marketing](/systems/marketing); this group is the pipe they send through. [Messaging](/systems/communications/messaging) explains the shared model.
