| Prosecution | Each office action is answered before its deadline. |
| Conflicts | A new filing that resembles the mark opens a [Task](/business/nouns/task) for the [Legal Lead](/agents/legal/legal-lead). |
| While held | Own. The mark is filed in the Studio-held entity’s name and assigned at Startup transfer. |
| Records | Each mark, from filed to registered, in [Intellectual property](/systems/intellectual-property). |
