> The Systems that find, quote and win customers.

The [Systems](/business/nouns/system) in this group find, quote and win each [Customer](/business/nouns/customer). One record follows a buyer from first touch through a [Quote](/business/nouns/quote) to a signed [Order](/business/nouns/order).

## The Systems
| System | What it does | Say |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [CRM](/systems/crm) | Every [Contact](/business/nouns/contact), [Organization](/business/nouns/organization), [Lead](/business/nouns/lead) and [Deal](/business/nouns/deal), linked on one timeline | "Who are my best leads?" |
| [Prospecting](/systems/prospecting) | Finds people who have never engaged, and records the legal basis to contact each | "Find 200 property managers to pitch" |
| [Scheduling](/systems/scheduling) | Books calls from shared availability and keeps what was agreed | "Book a call with this lead" |
| [Quotes](/systems/quotes) | Priced proposals within a [Limit](/business/nouns/limit), each turned into an Order on acceptance | "Send this customer a quote" |

## How a sale moves
A [Prospect](/business/nouns/prospect) who replies becomes a Lead in CRM. A qualified Lead becomes a Deal, a booked call lands in Scheduling, and its notes return to the Deal. An accepted Quote places the Order, and [Billing](/systems/billing) charges it.

Self-serve products skip most of this: checkout places the Order directly. Quotes wakes only when a [Product Template](/business/nouns/product-template) sells by proposal.

## Who runs it
The [Sales Lead](/agents/sales/sales-lead) owns CRM and the pipeline. The [Prospector](/agents/sales/prospector) builds lists, and the [Sales Engineer](/agents/sales/sales-engineer) writes Quotes. Each is a [Role](/business/nouns/role) an agent fills, and a discount over its Limit waits for your yes.
