Review a contract compares a new [Agreement](/business/nouns/agreement) with the [Startup](/business/nouns/startup)’s fallback positions and returns a signable draft.

## Trigger
Runs on `Agreement.created`. Part of [Contracting](/workflows/processes/contracting), run by the [Legal Team](/agents/legal).

## Steps
1. Compare each clause with the fallback positions.
2. Accept, redline, or reject each clause.
3. Create an Approval for any term outside the fallbacks.
4. Return a signable draft.
