## Trigger
Runs on [`Order.placed`](/business/events/Order.placed). Part of [Delivery](/workflows/processes/delivery), run by the [Operations Team](/agents/operations).

## Steps
1. Extract the Order’s fields from what the Customer sent.
2. Ask once, in one Message, for anything missing.
3. Assign the work to an Agent or a Supplier by Credential, state, and load.
4. Fulfill the Order, and hold any Reserved Act for Licensed review.
5. Deliver the outcome and request confirmation.
6. Redo the work once when the Customer rejects it.
7. Bill when the Customer confirms. It waits 1 business hour first.

## Example
