Compute openings reads each [Role](/business/nouns/role)’s record every day and opens an [Opening](/business/nouns/opening) wherever a gap only a [Human](/business/nouns/human) can close crosses its [Setting](/business/nouns/setting).

## Trigger
Runs every day. Part of [Hiring](/workflows/processes/hiring), run by the [People Team](/agents/people).

## Steps
1. Read each Role’s eval pass rates, escalations, waiting Approvals, and stalled Metrics.
2. List the legal floor acts and Reserved Acts no Worker in the Startup can perform.
3. Subtract what the Founder and the Agents already cover.
4. Open an unlisted Opening for each gap past its Setting, citing Evidence for every requirement.
5. Close any Opening whose gap an Agent has since closed.

## Example
