## Trigger
Runs on [`Order.fulfilled`](/business/events/Order.fulfilled). Part of [Licensed review](/workflows/processes/licensed-review), run by the [Legal Team](/agents/legal).

## Steps
1. Pass Orders that perform no Reserved Act straight to delivery.
2. Run a conflict check on the Parties.
3. Read the credentialed Human’s standing fresh.
4. Present the work to the credentialed Human for Attestation.
5. Release the work to delivery once attested, or return it on decline.
