# Convert a trial

## Trigger
Runs every day. Part of [Trials and plan changes](/workflows/processes/plan-changes), run by the [Finance Team](/agents/finance).

## Steps
1. Find trials that end within the reminder window.
2. Remind each Customer of the date, the Price and a one-step cancel link.
3. Charge the card on file when the trial ends. It waits 1 business hour first.

## Example
A 14-day trial started on the 1st. On the 11th the [Customer](/business/nouns/customer) gets the date, the $29 [Price](/business/nouns/price) and a cancel link. On the 15th the card on file is charged.
