Save and win back makes cancelling one step, asks one question, sends an export, and tries once to win the [Customer](/business/nouns/customer) back.

## Trigger
Runs on [`Subscription.unsubscribed`](/business/events/Subscription.unsubscribed). Part of [Retention](/workflows/processes/retention), run by the [Customer Team](/agents/customer).

## Steps
1. Confirm the cancellation in one step.
2. Ask one question about the reason and record the answer as Evidence.
3. Offer a full export of the Customer’s data.
4. Try once to win the Customer back after the reason is fixed.

## Outputs
- [Evidence](/business/nouns/evidence)
- [Message](/business/nouns/message)
- [File](/business/nouns/file)

## Example
A music teacher cancels in one click and names group lessons as the reason. Three weeks later group booking ships, and one [Message](/business/nouns/message) invites her back.
