Daily ship ranks misses, requests, and steps done by hand three times, then ships the top [Issue](/business/nouns/issue) as one small [Change](/business/nouns/change).

## Trigger
Runs every day. Part of [Shipping](/workflows/processes/shipping), run by the [Product Team](/agents/product).

## Steps
1. Collect misses, feature requests, and steps done by hand three or more times as Issues.
2. Rank the Issues by the outside revenue at stake.
3. Ship the top Issue as one small Change.
4. Close the Issues the merged Change resolves.
5. Retire Verbs unused for 30 days, once a week. It waits 1 business day first.
