## Trigger
Runs when [Weekly outside revenue growth](/agents/founding#weekly-outside-revenue-growth) is below 0 for 4 weeks. Part of [Strategy](/workflows/processes/strategy), run by the [Founding Team](/agents/founding).

## Steps
1. Revisit the ambitions and the Evidence gathered since the last review.
2. Compare the Evidence with the outcomes each Goal promised.
3. Keep or replace the focus.
4. Record the change and its rationale as a Decision.
5. Name the Evidence that triggers the next review as a Hypothesis.
