## Trigger

## Steps
1. Score the new Customer against fraud and abuse signals.
2. Hold a suspect Party and record the reason.
3. Release the hold when the Party verifies.

## Example
A new Customer signs up with a disposable email and a card from another country. Fraud screen holds the Party until it verifies.
