PATCH /{namespace}/functions/{id}

Path: id. Body, as JSON: the other inputs. Emits Function.updated.

`escalateTo`	Role		For a human Function, the Role a Task moves to when the service level passes.

Deletes a Function: a soft delete that keeps its history, undone by Thing.restore. Verb page.
