Meeting methods: book, cancel, hold

Meeting.book

Book schedules a Meeting with a Contact at a time both calendars hold free. Verb page.

The record is not in a state that allows this Verb, so the call is refused.	`refused`	Read the record, run the Verb that moves it to an allowed state, then retry.	None.

Cancel ends a scheduled Meeting before it starts, frees its time, and applies the refund rule of any Offer it was paid through. Verb page.
