Collaboration

How people and agents in one Tenant work on the same records at once, share one record with an outsider, and talk it through.

Everyone in a Tenant works on the same records, live. An App adds three things on top: a share for one record, live updates on every screen, and Threads beside the work.

Share one record

Thing.share grants a person, a Role or a guest named Verbs on one record and everything it contains. A manager at Riverside Property shares one lease with the building's owner as a guest, with get only. The owner reads that lease and nothing else in the Tenant.

A share is a Permission scoped to the record. Revoking it ends access on the next request, and the share stays in the record's history.

Live on every screen

Every open screen follows its records through Realtime. When the Success Manager agent renews a lease, the manager's list moves that row to renewed without a reload. A screen that loses its connection catches up from the last change it saw, in order.

Status planned: two people editing one record never overwrite each other in silence. A write against an older value is refused with the current one and who changed it.

Talk beside the work

Discussions gives each Tenant Channels and Threads. A mention assigns a reply Task, and an Approval arrives in the Thread with its buttons.

An Agent member reads and posts in the same Threads. Ask the Success Manager agent in the renewals Channel which residents have not answered, and it replies with links.
