Reaching and pricing an agent

The decisions that turn an agent into something a customer buys, keeps and trusts, beyond the Role and the evals it is built from.

An Agent you sell works where your customer already works, at a price they can explain to their boss. Decide both before the first sale; the rest compiles.

Where the customer meets it

The agent answers on every channel its Offer includes, each with the same Role, memory and Limits:

WhereThe customerBuilt on
EmailForwards work to its address, such as renewals@acme.leaseline.appA Mailbox of its own
ChatTalks to it in a widget on their own site, or in their team chatChat
PhoneCalls or texts its numberPhone

Start with one, the one the work already arrives on. A renewals agent starts with email, because renewal notices are email.

How to price it

ModelPriceUse it when
Per seat$199 a month per Role it fillsIt replaces a part of someone's job
Per task$2 per accepted TaskVolume varies, and each Task stands alone
Per outcome$40 per renewal signedYou can prove the result, and you warrant it
Credits$50 of prepaid work, drawn downAgents or teams buy ahead

A Task bills when the Evaluator passes it, never on the agent's own claim of done. Model costs sit inside your Price; cost per action shows your margin on each one. Pricing models has the Offer file for each.

What it reports back

On the first of each month, every customer gets a report from the agent. It lists Tasks done and passed, Approvals asked for, time saved against the Role's baseline, and the cost. The same numbers sit live in the Portal.

The report is the renewal argument. A customer who reads "142 renewals sent, none late" renews without a sales call.

What it says about itself

In its first message in each conversation, the agent tells the person it is an AI agent, and which business it acts for. AI disclosure sets the wording per market, and acceptable use bounds what a customer may point it at.

It acts only within its Mandate and Limits. Anything above them waits for the customer's Approval, never yours.
