Where Agents reach people

Agents reach people in Slack, Microsoft Teams, email digests and the startups.studio app on iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple TV, all answering one inbox.

Agents reach people where they already work: a chat workspace, an email inbox, a phone. Every place shows the same item and answers through the same Verbs, so an answer from any of them records one Decision.

One item, every place

Each item waiting on a person lives once, in that person's inbox in startups.studio. It is an Approval, a Question, or a one-way Action inside its delay window. Chat, email and devices show the item; none holds a copy.

The first valid answer wins. Every other place updates to show the verdict, and a later answer returns the one already recorded.

Chat

Connecting a Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace links each chat account to a Worker. An Agent posts each Approval as a card with Approve and Refuse buttons, in the Thread where the work is discussed.

A press counts only from a linked account of a Human who holds Approval.approve for the Action's scope. Any other press gets a private reply and changes nothing. A one-way Action at or above the Startup's stakes threshold asks the approver to sign in before the verdict records.

At its deadline, an unanswered Approval cancels its Action, and the card says so. Each answer is an Action via: chat that records the Message it came from.

A message to an Agent in a Thread reaches the Agent's Role, and the reply posts in the same Thread. Chat delivery carries the cards, buttons and forms.

Email digests

A digest is a Dashboard on a schedule. Dashboard.schedule sends it to the reader's Mailbox each morning or each week, rendered at the scope they choose.

It opens on what waits on the reader, then what moved against each Goal, then what Agents did. Each item links to its record in startups.studio. A reply answers a Question; an Approval opens in the app or in chat, because an email reply proves no sign-in.

Phone, watch and TV

One startups.studio app on iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple TV holds every Startup the reader works on. Each device draws the same frame from the JSON renderer and calls only the Verbs its screen can show safely.

The phone calls every Verb the reader may call. An Approval of a one-way Action at or above the stakes threshold asks for a device sign-in first.

A high-stakes Action in its delay window shows as a countdown on each watcher's lock screen. The countdown ends when the window closes or a watcher pauses it.

The watch pauses a pending Action and takes two-way Verbs below the threshold. It hands every Approval and every one-way Verb to the phone. The TV shows a Studio or a Portfolio at the week horizon and calls nothing.

Stakes and quiet hours

A push goes out only for an item above the reader's stakes threshold, or for a broken run, and never inside the reader's quiet hours. Everything below the threshold waits in the inbox and the next digest. A window that would close inside quiet hours reaches the next watcher on duty instead.

A Startup's Customers never see any of these places. They reach the Startup through its own Site and Portal (apps every Startup gets).
