POST /{namespace}/agents/{agent}/resume

Resume restarts a paused Agent in every seat it holds, with its Memory, Mandates and Limits unchanged.

Effects

Emits Agent.resumed.

Releases held Actions into what remains of their delay windows, and works the queued Tasks oldest first.

Limit	The call Limit of the Permission it runs under.
Over the Limit	It waits `pending` for an Approval from the Founder. Approved, it runs; refused, it ends `refused` with `limit-exceeded`; unanswered by its deadline, it ends `canceled`.
