Create makes a new Page from the inputs below. It is inherited: every Noun has get, list, create, update and delete.

`from`	`string`		Lineage: the slot it compiles from, as `Hypothesis#<slot>@v<version>`.

`template`	Template		A Template fills one Page per Thing or per member of a Collection.
