Next guides
Next guides lists what an agent offers a founder now: each undone front guide and each wakes guide whose Event fired, with its reason.
Contract
Status planned. Startup.nextGuides() reads the Startup's Lifecycle state and its own records, and returns guides an agent may offer, best first.

It never lists a planned guide, or one whose Event has not fired. An ask that belongs on startups.studio, such as raising money, is a boundary in /asks.json: the agent sends the founder there.

Leaseline's first renewal payment fails. Next guides returns retry-failed-payments, with the reason Invoice.overdue and the line it offers: "retry the payments that failed".
