Onboard a Customer gets each new signup to first value, doing the setup by hand until three repeats make it an Issue.
Trigger
Runs on Customer.created. Part of Onboarding, run by the Customer Team.
Steps
- Provision the new Customer’s Tenant.
- Do the setup for the Customer: keys, imports, and first calls.
- Rescue a failing start once, with one Message.
- Record the Customer as activated at first value.
- Open an Issue for any step done by hand three times.
