Answer the press

Answer the press replies to a journalist, analyst or creator within one business day from the press kit and the record, with every quote approved.

Trigger

Runs on Thread.created where intake = 'press-inquiries'. Part of Press inquiries, run by the Marketing Team.

Steps

  1. Answer from the press kit and the Startup’s records within one business day, saying the answer comes from an agent.
  2. Ask the Founder to approve any quote attributed to them.
  3. Record the coverage when it runs, for attribution.

Outputs

Example

A reporter asks how many Customers a Startup has. The Communications Lead answers in two hours from the record and says the answer comes from an agent. The Founder approves one quote.
