Privacy request finds every record about a Person, then exports, corrects, or restricts it within the legal deadline.
Trigger
Runs on Thread.created where intake = 'privacy-requests'. Part of Privacy, run by the Legal Team.
Steps
- Verify the requester’s identity.
- Find every record about the Person across every System and provider.
- Export, correct, or restrict the records as asked.
- Confirm completion to the Person before the deadline.
