Operations Manual
The Operations Manual renders a Startup’s Teams, Role contracts, Processes and Workflows as one document, kept current from its definition.
Contract
Status planned. The manual has one chapter per Team, rendered from the Startup's definition, so a merged Change updates it in the same Version.
| Part | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Aim | The Founding Hypothesis and the Goals the Startup is judged by |
| Seats | Every seat, who fills it, and the approval rules it asks you by |
| Role contracts | Each seat's purpose, results, standards, Limits and Mandates, with its Version |
| Processes | Each Process with its Workflow steps, who does each, and each step's standard |
| Where seats work | The Systems each seat works in |
| Configuration | Every Setting in plain words, with its value |
Startup.manual({ format }) returns it as Markdown or PDF.
