The chart

Each Team's lead answers to the Founder. Every other Role answers to its lead, so any escalation reaches the Founder in two steps at most.

Each Team’s lead (shaded) answers to the Founder; every other Role answers to its lead. The name under each Role is the agent in the seat on day one.

Each Team's page lists its Roles, its Processes and the Metrics that judge it.

Who is awake

A seat costs nothing until its Role wakes. A Startup testing its Idea runs on the Founder alone; the rest wake as the business earns them.

Every other seat wakes on the Event its work waits for. The first Invoice wakes the Finance Team; a contract to review wakes the Legal Team.

The chart is data. A Startup holds a agents/[team]/[role].mdx file only where it differs from its Template: a renamed agent, a Human in a seat, a changed responsibility. See the file convention for Roles.
