POST /{namespace}/conversations/{conversation}/reopen

Reopen reverses a Conversation’s resolution when a reversal signal arrives within 7 days, and grades the resolution a failure.

Effects

Emits Conversation.reopened.
Performed by the Customer Lead.
Two-way: it runs at once, in the try, send and do modes.
Records a failed Evaluator verdict on the Worker that resolved it.
Adds the reversal as a test case that the Customer Lead’s next Version passes before it ships.

Over the Limit	It waits `pending` for an Approval from the Founder. Approved, it runs; refused, it ends `refused` with `limit-exceeded`; unanswered by its deadline, it ends `canceled`.
