Design first run compiles sample records, empty states and the shortest path to an Offer’s activation event from the definition.

Runs on Offer.published. Part of Product definition, run by the Product Team.
Steps
- Read the Offer’s activation event and the Verbs on the path to it.
- Generate sample records in the test environment from each Noun’s properties.
- Give every empty list a one-line purpose and the Verb that fills it.
- Give agent buyers a keyless test call that returns a real shape.
- Test the first run as an Experiment on Activation rate.

An invoicing app publishes its entry Offer, activated by Invoice.send. First run seeds three sample clients, gives the empty invoice list one line and a create button, and runs as an Experiment on activation rate.
