Define a Product
Define a Product turns an Offer’s promise into the Nouns and Verbs that every Interface, Page, and Tool is generated from.
Trigger
Runs on Product.created. Part of Product definition, run by the Product Team.
Steps
- Read the Offer’s promise and its checkable done state.
- Name the Nouns the Product stores.
- Declare each Verb that acts on them, with its inputs, outputs and Event.
- Generate the API, SDK, CLI, and MCP from the definition.
- Hand the definition to the Engineering Lead to implement.

Example
The Offer promises current status for every building permit in 40 counties. Define a Product names the Permit Noun and the lookup Verb, then generates the API, CLI, MCP, and SDK from them.
