Staff roles
Staff roles names a default Agent for every Role in a new Startup and records which Roles a Human fills.
Trigger
Runs on Startup.created. Part of Staffing, run by the People Team.
Steps
- Read the Roles the Startup’s Template includes.
- Mint a default Agent for each Role.
- Record the Roles a Human fills under the operating model.
- Grant each Role its Permissions and Limits.
Outputs
Example
A new Startup gets a default Agent for each of its Roles, Sally in the Sales Lead seat among them. Its founder is recorded as the Human in the Founder Role.
