Single human
Single human is the operating model with one Human, a working CEO or a passive board chair, and Agents in every other Role.
The Human signs, answers Approvals above their threshold, and grants each Mandate.

Example
A retired school principal chairs a Startup that sells lesson plans to teachers. She sets the quarter's Goal and the discount Limit, signs the annual filings, and reads each week's Decision. She moved from working CEO to chair once every decision class she answered had reached full.
