The `portfolio` plan: 2026-07-01

Harbor Residential moves to the $99 portfolio plan for its API access, and Leaseline gains its first Customer that calls it from code.

On 2026-07-01, Harbor Residential moved from pro to Portfolio for unlimited units and API access. Its own software now creates leases through Leaseline's API.

What happened

Portfolio already granted API access, so the Customer needed a plan switch, not a new feature. Riverside Property followed on 2026-09-01.

What changed in the definition

Nothing. Portfolio was published at launch with atBound: overage, so a Customer past its bound pays for the overage instead of stopping.

What it called

  • Subscription.switch, from pro to Portfolio, for each of the two.
  • Lease.create and Lease.list, from Harbor Residential's own code, on its own API Key.
