Deliver an outcome
Deliver an outcome runs the work an Order bought, gets it confirmed, redoes it once on a miss, and bills only when done.
Trigger
Runs on Order.placed. Part of Delivery, run by the Operations Team.
Steps
- Extract the Order’s fields from what the Customer sent.
- Ask once, in one Message, for anything missing.
- Assign the work to an Agent or a Supplier by Credential, state, and load.
- Fulfill the Order, and hold any Reserved Act for Licensed review.
- Deliver the outcome and request confirmation.
- Redo the work once when the Customer rejects it.
- Bill when the Customer confirms. It waits 1 business hour first.

Example
A Customer orders a reconciled month. An Agent matches the Transactions, the Customer rejects one category, the Agent redoes it once, and billing follows confirmation.
