Start the remedy holds the fee on a disputed Service Order and runs the Outcome Contract’s remedy: redo, refund, or credit.
Trigger
Runs on Order.disputed. Part of Delivery, run by the Operations Team.
Steps
- Hold the fee for the disputed lines.
- Run the remedy the Outcome Contract names: redo the work, refund, or grant a credit.
- Release or return the held fee when the remedy completes.

Example
A Customer disputes a translated contract for missing two clauses. The workflow holds the $300 fee, and the Outcome Contract names a redo; the redo is confirmed in two days and the fee is released.
